The history of the mild

This little gem was not part of the Domaine when it was acquired by Alain Dominique Perrin. He then bought it, along with the neighboring land. With the help of the architect of the Buildings of France, the 17th century mill has been restored to the state of the art, adding some contemporary touches as its owner is fond of. Thus, glass tiles on the floor allow you to admire the work of the water under the mill. The grinding wheel has been transformed into an outdoor table. An amazing environment

Alain Dominique Perrin wanted to preserve the mill of the time: the lock system which allows the stream to pass under the mill is in perfect condition. It is now at a standstill so as not to interfere with the rest of our guests, but it can work perfectly.

Only the grinding wheel has been removed to make a magnificent outdoor round table.

A charming place

With a large living room with a majestic staircase, the Mill covers an area of 170 m2. Each of the 4 rooms has its own personality: the Arts Décos room; the Master bedroom with a small balcony over the water; the Provencal bedroom with its sleigh bed and its collection of books dedicated to the master of the house… and the Lovers bedroom, its antique bed, doll's wardrobe and its view of the garden and the large 18th century greenhouse. A kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 shower rooms complete this house with incredible charm…. Not to mention the fishing equipment and the boat available!
