Pigeonnier Rosé comes from a micro plot selection from our Caillac vineyard. This terroir is located on the heights of the Lot on the third terraces. The very sunny soil, mainly gravel-clay, offers a very low yield. Ideal conditions for producing one of the greatest rosé wines in the region. The Pigeonnier Rosé has a beautiful pale pink color with coppery and saffron reflections. A powerful and elegant nose combines white fruit and redcurrant. There are very subtle vanilla and toasted notes.
